Course Purchase & No-Refund Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Course purchases are final: no change-of-mind cancellations or refunds after purchase. This rule applies to new purchases when displayed at checkout, subject to mandatory legal rights, payment corrections and existing written promises.

1. Course purchases are final

For new course purchases made after this policy is displayed at checkout, fees are non-refundable for change of mind. ZELVU Education does not offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee, cancellation refund or refund because a learner no longer wishes to study, has insufficient time, does not use the course, or changes examination or career plans. This applies before and after course access or commencement, subject to the mandatory exceptions below.

2. Review the course before purchase

Review the programme scope, delivery format, available learning material, one-time full-course fee and access period before paying. Use the available free sample and 1-Day Free Trial to assess suitability. Course purchases do not guarantee an examination result, job, admission or other outcome.

3. Mandatory legal rights

This final-sale rule does not exclude or restrict any right or remedy required by applicable law, including where services are not supplied, are deficient or materially differ from what was advertised or agreed. Such claims will be assessed on their facts and applicable law; a legally required refund will not be refused solely because course access was provided or a stated period has passed. A replacement or credit will not be imposed in place of a refund where the law entitles the learner to a refund.

4. Duplicate, excess or failed payments

Verified duplicate or excess collections and failed-payment debits remain eligible for reconciliation and correction. Report the payment reference, date and amount through Learner Support. These corrections are separate from change-of-mind cancellations.

5. Existing purchases and written promises

This policy does not retrospectively remove refund rights or written promises made before or at an existing purchase. Earlier enrolments remain subject to the terms offered when purchased and applicable law. Keep your receipt and any written programme-specific offer or enrolment confirmation.

6. Payment issues and statutory claims

Contact Learner Support with your name, registered email, programme, payment reference, payment date and a description of the payment error or service issue. We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month. We aim to give a decision or progress update within seven working days and to initiate an approved refund within seven working days; bank credit time is separate. These handling timelines do not create a voluntary refund entitlement.

No provision of this policy is intended to remove a learner's mandatory rights under applicable law. Keep your payment receipt and written enrolment confirmation for any request.
