Welcome to Class 3 Science. We will study Living world, work through an example, and practise using the course's learning material. Class 3 supplementary learning and exam support for Science, with original reading notes, topic practice, revision and tutor-led explanation. Sign in and use the study header to open your authorised course. Select this published lesson. Start Course Tutor with Auto audio on: it teaches continuously, answers a typed question, then resumes. Keep your board, session and medium selected. In this lesson you will learn what makes something living. You will learn the parts of a plant and the job each part does. You will learn how animals are grouped by what they eat and where they live, and about the homes different animals make. Example one. A car moves fast, uses fuel and makes noise. Is it living? Check all the signs, not just one. It moves, but only when someone drives it. It uses fuel, but that is not the same as eating and growing. It does not grow larger by itself, it does not respond on its own, and it never produces a small car of its own kind. Since it fails almost every sign, a car is non living. Movement alone never proves life. Which mistake would change the reasoning in this example? The first mistake is deciding something is living because it moves. Fix it by checking every sign together, since clouds and rivers move but are not living. The second mistake is thinking plants eat food from the soil. Ask Course Tutor: please explain this step from the example. It uses fuel, but that is not the same as eating and growing. Why does it follow? Add what you tried, so the explanation addresses your difficulty. Now try the source practice. Name three signs of living things. Pause before the answer. The source answer is: they grow, they need food and water, and they produce young ones of their own kind. Compare your reasoning as well as the result. If your response differs, return to the worked example and identify the step that needs correction. Explain the key idea in your own words, revisit any mistaken step, then continue to the next lesson. Use Stop to end Course Tutor when you finish.

Watch the complete English programme introduction covering English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Computational Thinking, Computers & AI, followed by learning routines and parent guidance. Review the subjects, published fee and access period of your selected programme.
AI-generated presenter and illustrative board visuals. Around 0:20, the subject overview repeats Mathematics; the correct six subject areas are listed above. Around 1:20, the star diagram does not correctly show four equal groups of three: 4 × 3 = 12. Use the published lesson material for study rather than the generated diagrams. A parent or guardian should manage a minor learner's account. This introduction does not promise live human tuition.
