Step 2 — Record the conditions: the remedy is given for a specific house placement, not as a universal instruction. Step 3 — Check whether the translation marks the passage as a rule or a note. Step 4 — Label: "Remedy of this type found in the translation in use, under the Sun in a specified khana; website claim over-generalises; original Urdu edition not yet checked — status translated only." Which mistake would change the reasoning in this example? 1. Quoting "Lal Kitab" without an edition. Correction: give year, page or chapter, and the translation used. 2. Treating a translator's note as the rule. Correction: separate the rule from commentary in the record. 3. Presenting social-media remedies as textual.
