Welcome to Class 3 Complete Learning Programme — 6 Subject Package. We will study Fractions and decimals, work through an example, and practise using the course's learning material. 6 included subject courses: Class 3 English; Class 3 Hindi; Class 3 Mathematics; Class 3 Science; Class 3 Social Studies; Class 3 Computational Thinking, Computers & AI. Sign in and use the study header to open your authorised course. Select this published lesson. Start Course Tutor with Auto audio on: it teaches continuously, answers a typed question, then resumes. Keep your board, session and medium selected. In this lesson you will learn what a fraction is and why we need fractions at all. You will learn to read and write halves, thirds, quarters and other simple fractions, and to see them in real things like chapatis, chocolate bars and glasses of milk. Example three. Find three quarters of twenty balloons. First divide by the bottom number. Twenty balloons shared into four equal groups gives five balloons in each group, because four fives are twenty. Now multiply by the top number. Three groups of five balloons is fifteen balloons. So three quarters of twenty is fifteen. Check it. The remaining quarter is five, and fifteen plus five is twenty. Correct. Which mistake would change the reasoning in this example? The first mistake is cutting a shape into parts that are not equal and still calling them fractions. Fix it by folding carefully and checking that every piece would cover every other piece exactly. Ask Course Tutor: please explain this step from the example. Now multiply by the top number. Three groups of five balloons is fifteen balloons. So three quarters of twenty is fifteen. Why does it follow? Add what you tried, so the explanation addresses your difficulty. Now try the source practice. A cake is cut into eight equal slices and three are eaten. What fraction was eaten? Pause before the answer. The source answer is: three eighths. Compare your reasoning as well as the result. If your response differs, return to the worked example and identify the step that needs correction. Explain the key idea in your own words, revisit any mistaken step, then continue to the next lesson. Use Stop to end Course Tutor when you finish.

Class 3 — six subjects, learning approach and enrolment · 4:40

Watch the complete English programme introduction covering English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Computational Thinking, Computers & AI, followed by learning routines and parent guidance. There are six individual subjects plus one Complete Learning Programme, not seven academic subjects. This shared introduction is not a separate subject lesson or the full academic-year course. Review the subjects, published fee and access period of your selected programme.

AI-generated presenter and illustrative board visuals. Around 0:20, the subject overview repeats Mathematics; the correct six subject areas are listed above. Around 1:20, the star diagram does not correctly show four equal groups of three: 4 × 3 = 12. Use the published lesson material for study rather than the generated diagrams. A parent or guardian should manage a minor learner's account. This introduction does not promise live human tuition.
