Independent preparation—not regulator approval

Eligibility is personal and remains entirely with the relevant regulator. Rules, assessment formats, exemptions, application windows and transition arrangements can change. Every learner should obtain an individual eligibility decision and verify the current official notice before booking an examination or relying on a route.

ZELVU Education provides independent online preparation and does not guarantee eligibility, admission, examination success, employment, immigration status or a right to practise.

Free pathway guides and learning scope

Foundational study guides: route orientation, study method and original worked practice. These are not a complete examination syllabus, an eligibility decision, regulator-endorsed training or a newly activated paid LMS course. Verify your individual requirements and examination session with the responsible regulator before committing money or making an application.

The source-linked guides below remain freely readable. They are orientation material; enrolment in a paid programme opens the separate protected LMS readers, practice and revision pathway.

Distinguish foreign-admitted and foreign-educated applicants, then practise evidence-sensitive analysis using a supplied training rule.

The California Supreme Court approved NextGen from July 2028. A California-specific component for July 2029 was directed to be developed as a proposal; it should not be represented as an already finalised syllabus.

Australia — overseas qualification assessment and foreign-law practice

New Zealand — overseas qualification assessment and analytical preparation
